The public have a right of access to a statement of how you operate and manage your CCTV. This is made available on your behalf by VeriFi either online or in hard copy.
Staff Awareness
Video evidence could be ruled inadmissible if you have not made your workforce fully aware of the purposes of the system as it may apply to them. VeriFi provide a specific sign for this purpose for display in staff areas.
Public Compliants Procedure
Complaints by the public relating to the management of CCTV are rare and therefore a complaints procedure is rarely put in place by management. The VeriFi management
